一、大會内容：世界會員代表大會、第七屆第五次世界理事會議、世界總會理事改選、各協會督導委員會成立授證、協會新舊任會長交接、協會督導授證、檀教(講)師升等及新聘授證、優秀協會表揚、佛光之夜~歌詠禮讚等。

二、日期地點：10月5日至10月9日，於高雄佛光山寺。

三、參加對象：

＊以上出席之佛光會員幹部，須具備世界總會核定發出之會員證，方得報名參加。

五、報名注意事項：

（一）報名日期：自2023年3月15日起，至2023年8月31日止。

（二）報名方式：統一網路報名，網址 https://www.blia.org。

（三）班機資訊：最遲請於9月1日前確認班機，並儘早填寫「班機時間」，以利大會安排交通接送。

六、報到相關資訊：

（一）報到時間：10月5日（四）PM 2：00至PM 7：00。

（二）報到地點：台灣高雄佛光山寺寺務處。

（三）報到方式：請穿著「佛光會服」並配帶「佛光會員證」，以利辦理報到。（持舊證無Barcode者，請提早重新辦證）

七、配合事項：

（一）有關【優秀協會評選、檀(教)講師升級與新聘、新成立督導委員會】表格請參閱（附件一 ~ 三）。

（二）各洲【協會工作報告】：「登記表」請於8月15日前回傳，5分鐘工作報告影片，須上中英文字幕，於9月15日前傳至Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它。（附件四）

（三）為感念創會會長 星雲大師，此次大會特別安排佛光之夜~「歌詠禮讚」，邀請各洲佛光會籌組合唱團，由各洲副秘書長統籌規劃，一同傳唱佛教聖歌、人間音緣等曲目，以音聲供養大師。【歌詠禮讚登記表】請參閱（附件五）。

（四）大會將發行特刊與所有與會人員結緣，歡迎各佛光協會及個人會員之贊助；【贊助表】請參閱（附件六）。

（五）【升旗典禮】歡迎各國家代表穿著各國民族服裝，及手持該國國旗出席開幕典禮，讓大會增添色彩。出席協會請務必攜帶您國家地區協會會旗，於報到時繳交。

（六）【開幕典禮】請檀講師、協會會長、督導長披肩帶出席。2021年底改選之協會，新、舊任會長交接，請務必攜帶會旗、肩帶赴會。

（八）【好書分享】請每位與會者攜帶一本您最喜歡的書籍，以「星雲大師全集」或相關著作為限。

八、繳費辦法：

（一）參加費用請於9月15日前匯款至承辧單位帳戶：

（二）請務必填寫【國際佛光會2023年各協會繳交費用資料表】（附件七），於報到時繳交。

2023 BLIA General Conference General Guidelines

Ⅰ.Contents: General Conference, BLIA 5^th Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors, re-election of Directors, certification of Chapter Elder Advisor Committees, handing-over of new and former chapter presidents, certification of Chapter Elder Advisors, promotion and appointment of Lay Dharma Lecturers (Teachers), recognition of outstanding chapters, Night of the Buddha’s Light ~ commemorative concert etc.

Ⅱ.Date and Place: October 5-9 at Fo Guang Shan Monastery, Kaohsiung.

Ⅲ.Participants:

＊The above participating BLIA executives and members must hold membership cards issued by the World Headquarters in order to register for the event.

Ⅳ.Fees:

   ＊Ex-officio Delegates, Delegates, and Observers:

   1) Register and pay before June 30, 2023, US$300 each person

   2) Register and pay during July 1-31, US$350 each person

   3) Register and pay after August 1, 2023, US$400 each person

  Remarks:

   1) The above fees include accommodation during the General Conference (5 days-4 nights)

   2) For those arriving before or staying after the event and require transportation and      accommodation (own expense), please apply to FGS Executive Council through the local branch temple.

3. Flight information: Please confirm flight information by September 1, and complete the form for flight schedule for ease of arranging transportation for pickup and drop-off.

3. In memorializing Founding President Venerable Master Hsing Yun, the General Conference is holding a special Commemorative Concert, inviting BLIA on each continent to organize choirs to be coordinated by the Vice Secretary General of each continent/region. We come together singing sacred Buddhist songs and Sounds of the Human World creations, offering the Venerable Master with sounds. Please refer to Commemorative Concert Registration Form (Attachment 5).
4. The General Conference will be publishing a Commemorative Journal as gifts for all participants, sponsorship is welcome from BLIA chapters and individual members. Please refer to General Conference Sponsorship Form (Attachment 6).
5. 【Flag-raising Ceremony】Delegates from different countries are welcome to wear their national costumes and carry their national flags for the Ceremony, enhancing the diversity of the event. Participating chapters must bring your country Chapter Flag to be submitted at check-in.
6. 【Opening Ceremony】Lay Dharma Lecturers, Chapter Presidents and Elder Advisors are to wear their sashes in attending. For chapters holding re-elections at the end of 2021, there will be a handing-over ceremony for new and former presidents. Please bring chapter flag and sash for the ceremony.

VIII. Fee Submission:

1. Please wire fees to the bank account of the Institution-in-charge before September 15

2. Must complete the 2023 Chapter General Conference Registration Fees Summary (Attachment 7) to be submitted at check in.
