國際佛光會商標及名稱使用聲明：

國際佛光會（下稱本會）之商標(含Logo及相關圖樣）及名稱(如星雲大師、國際佛光會、佛光會、佛光人⋯⋯等相關連文字名稱)，均為本會所有。任何個人或組織未經本會書面同意或授權，不得以任何方式（包含書面文案、印刷品、社群媒體帳號、網站⋯⋯等一切形式）使用本會之商標、圖樣及名稱，也不得擅自以上開名稱及商標圖樣對外代表本會，造成社會大眾混淆及誤認。如有違反，本會將依相關法律規定，提起法律追訴究責，特此公告。

BUDDHA’S LIGHT INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION TRADEMARK AND WORD MARK USE STATEMENT：

Buddha’s Light International Association (BLIA)’s trademark (including the BLIA logo and its related design marks) and word marks (such as Venerable Master Hsing Yun, BLIA, Buddha’s Light Association, Buddha’s Light Member, etc.) are owned by BLIA. Without written consent or authorization from BLIA, no person or organization may use our logos, design marks, word marks, or names in any format or way, including but not limited to: use in any written materials, printed materials, social media accounts, and websites. Nor shall any person or entity use our logos, design marks, word marks, or names in disguise as representing BLIA and cause confusion in the minds of the public. BLIA will pursue all legal causes of action against any violation of the above.
